A lovely term time double room in Polwarth. Central heating. Wi-fi included but 50/50 on other bills. Well-equipped shared kitchen/ dinner and sitting room. Sunny shared garden. Easily accessible for all of Edinburgh's universities and city centre.
The room is free from 1st Sept. It is only term time but I can store some things during the holidays. I'd expect a months rent (£750) as a deposit. It is a very sunny flat and the garden a complete sun trap. I dont smoke and have no pets. You can walk to Edinburgh Uni's Central campus through the Meadows from here and it is an 8 min walk to Napier's Merchiston Campus. There is bus access to almost everywhere - as well as being 15 min walk to Haymarket train station.
There is a shared bathroom, a super sitting-room and a large kitchen/ diner. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over it but I'm hoping to install a walk-in shower in the near future.
