You will be sharing with the owner (me), I am a vegetarian female (mid 40s) working in public health research and part-time folk/jazz musician with a dry sense of humour. Seeking similar. Exercise bikes available in the basement of the development. Superb neighbourhood with nice cafes, bars and restaurants on the door step. Nearest supermarket: Aldi (1 min, opposite) and Sainsburys Local – 5 minute walk. Water of Leith river and cycle paths on the doorstep (literally). On street parking is very hard around here and is based on the luck of finding a space. Council residents permit required. Flat is 30 minutes direct bus ride from the University of Edinburgh and definitely in my favourite area of the city! Y Not suitable for couple, pets or children. Not a party flat. There is no TV in the flat. If you want to put one in your room, you'll need to pay for a full TV license.
